    Bake filled with shark meat and various other ingredients. The shark meat is seasoned with a herb blend and breaded,[1] or marinated in lemon juice, onion, garlic, served tomatoes or pineapple and chutneys

    Our wontons are freshly seasoned pork or shrimp and deep fried to crumbly bite, or steamed for delicate experience. The meats are wrapped, folded, and cooked to perfection.

    Sorrel is mainly served at Christmas time in the island. This is a natural brewed drink made from the bloom of the sorrel plant.
